Their goal is to modernize and enhance the quality of talent selection. Even during their studies, they developed a passion for HR-related topics and quickly recognized the great potential for improvement in this field. Their desire to bridge the significant gap between scientific research and practical application drives them to continuously develop and refine their work. Richard and Fabian have now been successfully working together for eight years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Business Psychologist (M. Sc.), Richard is responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Sales. Fabian has a Master's degree in Media Informatics, supervises the areas of Software and Product Development and is the head of our Tech Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, our two founders have already overcome a number of obstacles and challenges and continue to develop Applysia with great motivation and pride.
