Zus\u00e4tzlich erm\u00f6glicht die <strong>Erweiterung der Konferenz<\/strong> es Beobachter*innen, ihre Notizen zu finalisieren und zu filtern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 textalign=\"left\" class=\"wp-block-applysia-section-heading mb-6 text-4xl md:text-5xl leading-tight text-coolGray-900 font-bold tracking-tighter text-left\"><strong>Reporting-Tool<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In den letzten Monaten lag der Schwerpunkt unserer Softwareentwicklung auf der <strong>Optimierung und Automatisierung des Reportings<\/strong> nach einem Assessment. Nach vielen Feedback-Sessions mit unseren User*innen, der Entwicklung eines umfassenden und dennoch flexiblen Konzepts und vielen Design- und Programmierstunden, freuen wir uns sehr, endlich mit dem schrittweisen Roll-Out unseres Reporting-Tools beginnen zu k\u00f6nnen &#8211; zun\u00e4chst als Beta-Version.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Hilfe unseres neuen Reporting-Tools k\u00f6nnen am Ende eines Assessments noch schneller und mit wenig Aufwand individualisierte Ergebnisberichte erstellt werden. Nachdem im Cockpit eine individuelle <strong>Vorlage <\/strong>f\u00fcr einen <strong>Ergebnisbericht <\/strong>angelegt wurde, wird diese nach einem Assessment <strong>automatisch <\/strong>mit den ausgew\u00e4hlten <strong>Assessment-Daten<\/strong> gef\u00fcllt. Das Ganze funktioniert dabei mit Platzhaltern. Werden also in der Vorlage die entsprechenden Platzhalter hinterlegt (z.B. {cand_full_name} f\u00fcr Vor- und Nachname oder {exercises.description} f\u00fcr die Beschreibung einer \u00dcbung) so wird der Bericht dann automatisch mit den <strong>tats\u00e4chlichen Werten<\/strong> aus dem Assessment \u201cbef\u00fcllt\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit nur wenigen Klicks kann also ein Report generiert werden, der alle gew\u00fcnschten Infos aus dem Assessment enth\u00e4lt. Genauer gesagt haben wir die <strong>Notizen-Ansicht <\/strong>der einzelnen Kandidat*innen komplett <strong>\u00fcberarbeitet<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die \u00dcbungs- und Kompetenz-Notizen werden im Querformat jetzt in einem Splitscreen nebeneinander angezeigt. Die Notizen k\u00f6nnen aber nicht nur eingesehen werden, sondern es k\u00f6nnen auch neue Notizen erstellt und die bestehenden angepasst werden. Hinzu kommt, dass alle Notizen nach Kompetenz, \u00dcbung, Beobachter*in oder Favoriten <strong>gefiltert <\/strong>werden k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Favorisierung von Notizen kann auch schon w\u00e4hrend des Assessments in der Konsolidierung vorgenommen werden. So k\u00f6nnen die <strong>Favoriten <\/strong>sp\u00e4ter als Grundlage f\u00fcr eine Diskussion oder die Erstellung von Ergebnisberichten genutzt werden.&nbsp;<br>Neu ist auch, dass allen Beobachter*innen in der Konferenz jetzt immer die eigenen Notizen angezeigt werden. Genau wie bei \u201c+\u201d f\u00fcr positive und \u201c-\u201d f\u00fcr negative Kompetenz-Notizen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kopieren von Kompetenz-Notizen<\/strong>: In der Konferenz k\u00f6nnen Notizen anderer Beobachter*innen von Moderator*innen einfach in die eigenen Notizen kopiert werden &#8211; wenn \u201cNotizen teilen\u201d aktiviert wurde.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00f6schen von Beobachter*innen<\/strong>: Auch in aktiven Assessments k\u00f6nnen jetzt Beobachter*innen gel\u00f6scht und nicht nur ersetzt werden.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der <strong>Zugangscode<\/strong> zum Candidate Portal<strong> <\/strong>ist nun <strong>kopierbar<\/strong>: Beim Teilen von Dokumenten mit Kandidat*innen kann der Zugangscode f\u00fcr das Candidate Portal jetzt mit Hilfe eines neuen Buttons aus der App kopiert werden.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der <strong>Notizen-Export <\/strong>wurde <strong>umstrukturiert<\/strong>: Die Notizen enthalten jetzt den Namen der*des Beobachter*in und werden nach Kandidat*in und darunter nach \u00dcbungen sortiert.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beim Bearbeiten eines Assessments kann ein <strong>Kompetenzmodell <\/strong>&#8211; beispielsweise nach einer Anpassung &#8211; jetzt <strong>sofort ersetzt<\/strong> werden, ohne es vorher l\u00f6schen zu m\u00fcssen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Toolbar<\/strong> der Tastatur ist jetzt optimiert und <strong>immer sichtbar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>Euer Wunsch-Feature ist dabei, ihr seid absolut begeistert, aber noch keine Applysia-User*innen?<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann meldet Euch gerne bei uns und wir vereinbaren eine <a href=\"https:\/\/applysia.de\/en\/demo\/\">kostenlose und unverbindliche Demo<\/a>, in der wir Euch zeigen, wie unsere Software genau funktioniert und welchen Mehrwert Applysia f\u00fcr Euren Personal-Prozess bietet.
