Oft ist nicht die blo\u00dfe Menge der Arbeit das Problem, sondern das Verh\u00e4ltnis von Belastung zu Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hintergrund &amp; Mechanismus<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Anfang der 2000er (Demerouti &amp; Bakker) entwickelte Modell ist auf jeden Beruf anwendbar. Es beschreibt zwei parallele Prozesse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Belastungsprozess:<\/strong> Hohe Anforderungen zehren an den Reserven und f\u00fchren zu Ersch\u00f6pfung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Motivationsprozess:<\/strong> Vorhandene Ressourcen f\u00f6rdern das Engagement und die Arbeitsqualit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die zwei Stellschrauben<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um das Modell operativ zu nutzen, m\u00fcssen die beiden Kr\u00e4fte identifiziert werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Job Demands (Belastungen):<\/strong> Hierzu z\u00e4hlen alle Aspekte der Arbeit, die physische oder psychische Anstrengung erfordern, wie etwa anhaltender Zeitdruck, Rollenkonflikte oder eine hohe Arbeitslast. Diese Faktoren sind nicht per se schlecht, f\u00fchren jedoch ohne ausreichende Erholung direkt in einen Prozess der Ersch\u00f6pfung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Job Resources (Ressourcen):<\/strong> Sie bilden den entscheidenden Gegenpol und wirken als Puffer gegen den t\u00e4glichen Stress. Organisationen m\u00fcssen Ressourcen (z. B.
