Die Beobachtungsoberfl\u00e4che ist nun schneller, stabiler und intuitiver, f\u00fcr einen noch effizienteren Ablauf im Assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die webbasierte Umsetzung ist die neue Ansicht nun nahtlos mit der Administrations- und Kandidat*innenoberfl\u00e4che verbunden. Das sorgt nicht nur f\u00fcr ein einheitliches Design, sondern erm\u00f6glicht auch einen deutlich einfacheren Wechsel zwischen den Bereichen. Zudem passt sich die Oberfl\u00e4che flexibel an Fensterbreite und Layout an. So kann sie optimal an individuelle Anforderungen angepasst werden, auch w\u00e4hrend der Verfahrensdurchf\u00fchrung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Assessment-Startseite wurde \u00fcberarbeitet und bietet eine klare Navigation. Die zentralen Funktionen \u201eAssessieren\u201c, \u201eKonsolidieren\u201c und \u201eKonferenz\u201c bleiben selbstverst\u00e4ndlich erhalten. Informationen zu Kandidat*innen und Beobachter*innen sind nun \u00fcbersichtlich in separaten Reitern organisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die bew\u00e4hrte Struktur der Assessieren-Seite bleibt bestehen und orientiert sich weiterhin an den wissenschaftlichen Standards der DIN 33430. Neu sind flexibel anpassbare Bereiche sowie automatisch gespeicherte und synchronisierte Bewertungen. Auch die Konsolidierung wurde modernisiert: Bewertungen werden automatisch aktualisiert und k\u00f6nnen weiterhin statistisch oder manuell zusammengef\u00fchrt werden.&nbsp;In der Konferenz lassen sich Kandidat*innen \u00fcbersichtlich vergleichen und mit dem Soll-Profil abgleichen. Dadurch lassen sich versehentliche oder nicht gew\u00fcnschte Bewertungen unkompliziert korrigieren. Damit werden sensible Daten noch besser vor unbefugtem Zugriff gesch\u00fctzt und zus\u00e4tzliche Anforderungen an die Datensicherheit erf\u00fcllt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Um das Einrichten der MFA f\u00fcr alle Nutzer*innen der Software verbindlich zu machen &#8211; sowohl in der Administrations- als auch in beiden Beobachtungsoberfl\u00e4chen &#8211; k\u00f6nnen Administrator*innen eine Einstellung in der Administrationsoberfl\u00e4che vornehmen.
