Welchen Einfluss hat das Medium?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Fragestellung untersuchten Melchers und Kollegen (2021) in einem Experiment mittels simulierter <a href=\"https:\/\/applysia.de\/en\/hr-wissen\/interviews-in-der-personalauswahl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Interviews<\/a> f\u00fcr die Personalauswahl Auswahlinterviews. Dabei haben sie traditionelle Face-to-Face (FTF)-Interviews mit Telefon- und Videokonferenz-Interviews verglichen. Im Fokus dabei: Leistung der Befragten, ihre Wahrnehmung des Interviews und ihre Anspannung.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie fanden heraus, dass die Teilnehmenden <em>vor<\/em> dem Interview eine positivere Sicht auf FTF-Interviews als auf technologiegest\u00fctzten Interviews hatten, sich die Fairness- Wahrnehmungen <em>nach<\/em> dem Interview jedoch nicht mehr unterschieden.
