Our software is made up of 3 interfaces. 
Assessments and templates are created and accounts are managed in the administration interface. After the assessment, you receive data-based insights into your processes and can create automated results reports.
In the observer interface, the observers evaluate the candidates during the assessment.
Using the candidate interface, documents, media files, questionnaires and tests can be shared with candidates before and during the assessment to ensure an interactive assessment experience.

The basic structure of our software remains the same - only individual features change, which can sometimes be larger and sometimes smaller. When new features are developed, the interface may change. In the event of major changes, we send out updates via email with our Insider and also explain the new features in regular release notes on the blog. Thanks to our user-centered software development, getting used to the new features takes no time at all.

Yes, we have a support team that will quickly assist and advise you with any problems. We also have a support portal that contains up-to-date and detailed instructions on how to use our software and can be accessed at any time. In addition, the 5-minute introductory video in the support portal makes it easier to use the software. Bernd the Observer folder, our ChatBot, is also available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have.

With Applysia, you use software that supports you in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of assessment centers. You can store all relevant information such as competency models, behavioral anchors, target profiles, exercises, schedules, etc. in the software according to your individual needs. 
On request, Applysia can provide you with competency-based interview guidelines, access to a variety of digital tests and content modules for your procedures with the support of cooperation partners.

Yes, the issue of data protection is very important to us. That's why we have taken various measures to ensure that your data is in the best hands with us. Our software is GDPR-compliant and we use AWS. These German data centers have ISO 27001 certification. With Keyed, we have a trustworthy partner at our side who advises and supports us. Our software also implements relevant data protection concepts: automatic deletion periods, password management processes, differentiated access authorizations through role assignments and many other features that ensure the protection of your data. 

Applysia is a browser-based application that you can use on all Internet-enabled devices. Therefore, make sure that you have a stable internet connection. If you also want to carry out and evaluate assessment centers without an internet connection, our native iPad app offers the ideal solution. Assessments can be downloaded here and then carried out offline. You can download the iPad app free of charge from the App Store.

The data is of course yours and can be exported from the software as a CSV file for further processing. You also have the option of exporting all graphical illustrations and tables as PNG files. Handwritten and typed notes can also be downloaded as PDF files and are freely available to you. In addition, the automated results report can be exported as a PDF or Microsoft Word file for further processing as required.

We develop our software in a customer-centric way so that we can always integrate new input from our users into product planning. If the desired feature is not included, there is the option of submitting feedback, which we try to take into account and implement as quickly as possible.
