    The Solution

    Conducting Assessment Centers with the help of Applysia enables time-efficient and smooth processes. The offline function of the iPad app in particular offers the Avenir Group full flexibility - in remote format and on-site.

    The login via Single Sign-On simplifies authentification. As a result, the Avenir Group benefits not only from greater user-friendliness, but also from significantly lower administrative costs

    Writing handwritten and typed notes on the iPad improves the Quality of the competency assessment. By adding and categorizing competency-specific notes, behavioral observations are recorded in a more targeted manner and immediately assigned.

    The opportunity to use duplicatable templates to prepare Assessments not only saves an enormous amount of time, but also improves the process by reducing sources of error.

    In addition, digitally available materials such as role instructions, questionnaires or media files can be shared with candidates in real time, flexibly and dynamically with just a few clicks. This guarantees an optimal Candidate Experience.

    The observers can use the target profiles to assess whether the observed candidates have the necessary competencies. This enables a comparison of actual and target states at a glance.
